Terms and Conditions – Ideal Weight Loss Giveaway (TikTok)

Validity Period

The giveaway will run from February 20, 2026, through February 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (local time).

Only entries posted within this period will be considered valid.

Eligibility

Participation is limited to individuals 18 years or older who are current patients or who have previously participated in the Ideal Weight Loss program.

Employees of Ideal Plastic Surgery and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Participation Requirements

To be considered valid, participants must comply with ALL of the following:

  • Record an original and authentic video sharing their personal experience with Ideal Weight Loss.
  • Post the video on their personal TikTok account between February 20–27, 2026.
  • Include the official hashtags #IdealWeightLossGiveaway and #IdealPlasticSurgery in the caption.
  • Tag the official Ideal Plastic Surgery account in the video.
  • Follow the official Ideal Plastic Surgery TikTok account.
  • Keep their account public from the posting date until the winner announcement.
  • Keep the video posted, visible, and without substantial modifications until the official winner announcement.

Only one (1) entry per patient is allowed. Failure to comply with any requirement will result in automatic disqualification.

Content Guidelines

  • Content must be authentic and based on the participant’s real experience.
  • False medical claims, misleading statements, or guarantees of results are not permitted.
  • Ideal Plastic Surgery reserves the right to disqualify content containing inaccurate information, offensive language, or violations of advertising regulations or brand guidelines.
  • Results may vary for each patient, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be the participant whose video receives the highest number of valid interactions during the giveaway period.
  • Only real, organic interactions generated within the official timeframe will be counted.
  • Ideal Plastic Surgery reserves the right to audit and disqualify entries showing suspicious activity, use of bots, purchased engagement, or fraudulent practices.
  • The winner will be announced on February 28, 2026, via the brand’s official accounts.
  • The decision is final and non-appealable.

Prize

The winner may choose ONE of the following benefits:

  • 30% OFF post-weight-loss surgery, applicable only to procedures related to excess skin removal after significant weight loss.
  • Two (2) free months in the Ideal Weight Loss program.

Prize Conditions

  • The benefit is personal, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or benefits.
  • Surgical discount applies only to surgical fees and does not include hospital costs, anesthesia, pre-operative tests, labs, medications, or other related medical expenses.
  • Surgery is subject to prior medical evaluation, schedule availability, and patient safety criteria.
  • The two free months apply exclusively to the Ideal Weight Loss program and do not include additional treatments or products.
  • The prize must be redeemed within 90 days after the winner announcement.

Image Use Authorization

By participating, the user authorizes Ideal Plastic Surgery to use, share, reproduce, and publish their video and image for promotional, advertising, and communication purposes without additional compensation.

Release of Liability

This giveaway is not sponsored, administered, or associated with TikTok.

Participants release TikTok from any liability related to this giveaway.

Medical Criteria

Any benefit related to surgery or the Ideal Weight Loss program is subject to prior medical evaluation and patient safety criteria.

Participation in the giveaway does not replace a medical consultation nor constitute personalized medical advice.

Right of Reservation

Ideal Plastic Surgery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances require it.
