Once medication or products leave our facility and enter the mailing system, Ideal Plastic Surgery is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Medications and products will only be shipped to the official address on file, provided by the patient during the intake process. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure their mailing address is accurate and up to date. Ideal Plastic Surgery is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated addresses submitted by the patient.

Processing & Delivery Times

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to order processing.
Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays, and are not guaranteed.
