Refund Policy
• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds on products purchased online or in our office.
• The only exception is if a product arrives expired. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available if:
• A package is lost, delayed, or damaged after it leaves our office.
• The wrong address was provided at checkout.
• The customer made a mistake when placing the order (wrong product, quantity, or similar).
• The customer simply changes their mind or is not satisfied with results.
Important Notes
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery is with the carrier.
• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this Refund Policy.
