Refund Policy

 All sales are final.
 We do not accept returns or issue refunds on products purchased online or in our office.
 The only exception is if a product arrives expired. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not available if:

 A package is lost, delayed, or damaged after it leaves our office.
 The wrong address was provided at checkout.
 The customer made a mistake when placing the order (wrong product, quantity, or similar).
 The customer simply changes their mind or is not satisfied with results.

Important Notes

 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery is with the carrier.
