These Terms & Conditions apply to ticket purchases, event attendance, consultations, deposits, memberships, giveaways, raffles, and gift bags associated with the Meet the Ideal You 2026 Patient Appreciation Event, held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Ideal Plastic Surgery. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, each participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase

Tickets may only be purchased through the official Meet the Ideal You event website. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all tickets are personal and non-transferable.

• General Admission Ticket ($50)
  • Includes: Event admission from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
  • One (1) raffle entry
  • One surgical consultation with a physician
  • Access to the Injectable and Medical Spa stations
  • Exclusive event pricing
• VIP Ticket ($150)
  • Includes: Early admission from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • Priority surgical consultation
  • Premium gift bag
  • Three (3) raffle entries
  • Access to the Injectable and Medical Spa stations
  • Exclusive event pricing

Unless the event is canceled by Ideal Plastic Surgery, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Failure to attend the event, scheduling conflicts, changes of plans, or any reason other than cancellation by Ideal Plastic Surgery do not qualify for a ticket refund.
Ideal Plastic Surgery reserves the right to limit ticket availability based on venue capacity.

2. Event Check-In

• All attendees must check in upon arrival at the designated registration area, where they will receive their event name badge.
• The name badge must be worn throughout the event and serves as identification for consultations, service stations, and gift bag distribution.
• Patients will be escorted to their consultation rooms by assigned Medical Assistants (MAs). A text message notification will be sent when their consultation is ready.

3. Event Consultations

The consultation included with each ticket is a brief eligibility evaluation and is not a comprehensive pre-operative consultation.

• Consultation times are approximately:
  • 10 minutes with English-speaking physicians.
  • 20 minutes with Dr. Pirko Maguina (Spanish consultation).
• Patients who place a surgical deposit during the event must complete a second, comprehensive consultation with their surgeon before surgery can be scheduled.
• This consultation will be scheduled within the weeks following the event and is intended to review the procedure, surgical risks, recovery, expectations, and treatment options in detail.
• No surgical procedure will be scheduled until this consultation has been completed.
• All consultation appointments are subject to physician availability.

4. Event Pricing & Promotions

• All advertised surgical pricing represents starting prices ("Starting At"). Final pricing is determined after evaluation by the treating surgeon and may vary based on each patient's individual needs.
• Event pricing and promotional offers are valid only for reservations made during the event on August 4, 2026, and may not be combined with previous quotes, discounts, promotions, or other offers unless otherwise specified.
• Pricing for fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and first-month Weight Loss Program promotions applies only to services reserved or initiated during the event.

5. Surgical Deposits

• To secure any promotional surgical pricing, a deposit must be placed during the event.
• The promotional price will remain valid for 30 calendar days following the event.
• If the patient does not schedule and complete surgery, or otherwise finalize the procedure, within the 30-day promotional period, standard pricing will apply.
• Deposits made under this promotion are non-refundable except when the treating surgeon determines that the patient is medically ineligible for the procedure. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, financial circumstances, or any reason other than medical ineligibility do not qualify for a refund.
• Deposits may be completed in person with a Patient Care Coordinator or through a secure Text-to-Pay payment link sent via SMS or email.

6. Memberships

• All new memberships purchased during the event include the first month free.
• Recurring billing begins with the second month according to the selected membership level (Silver, Ideal Insider, Gold, or Platinum).
• The Ideal Insider Membership, available exclusively during the event, permanently locks in the member's monthly rate as long as the membership remains active without interruption.
• Memberships may be canceled at any time in accordance with Ideal Plastic Surgery's standard cancellation policy.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over and are non-transferable.

7. Gift Bags

• Gift bags are included with every VIP ticket and may be available to General Admission attendees while supplies last.
• Gift bags are distributed only to attendees who check in at the event.
• Patients who purchase a ticket but do not attend may claim their gift bag at the clinic within seven (7) calendar days following the event.
• After the seven-day claim period, gift bags, coupons, promotional offers, and included materials expire and may not be redeemed under any circumstances.
• Each gift bag distribution will be documented within the clinic's 4D system for internal tracking purposes.

8. Raffle & Giveaway Terms

• All prizes will be awarded exclusively in the form of services provided by Ideal Plastic Surgery.
• Prizes:
  • Are non-transferable.
  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for alternative services.
  • Cannot be applied toward procedures for which a deposit has already been placed.
• If the winner resides outside the Sacramento area, airfare, lodging, transportation, and travel expenses are not included.
• Required medical testing, prescription medications, post-operative medications, or any additional medical expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
• All prizes expire on September 30, 2026.
• Consultation and surgery scheduling remain subject to physician availability.
• Prizes may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
• The "Your Dream Surgery for $1,000" giveaway does not apply to Weight Loss Programs.

9. General Terms

• All consultations and surgical procedures are subject to physician availability and the clinic's surgical schedule.
• Ideal Plastic Surgery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion, special offer, raffle, or event activity at its sole discretion, except where a qualifying surgical deposit has already been accepted under these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the Meet the Ideal You 2026 event and supersede any terms or policies associated with previous Meet the Ideal You events.
• By purchasing a ticket through the official event website, the patient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• Questions regarding tickets, pricing, deposits, or event promotions should be directed to your assigned Patient Care Coordinator (PCC).
