  1. Active Membership

• All payments are applied as credits to your account.
 • Only available credits may be used as a payment method for treatments.
 • If insufficient credits are available, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

  1. Discount eligibility

• Discounts apply only while the membership is active and payments are current.
 • Benefits include discounted spa products and services, special pricing on injectable and laser treatments, a complimentary virtual consultation for the weight loss program and, after twelve 12 consecutive months of active membership, a surgical discount based on the membership tier.

  1. Annual commitment

• The membership requires a minimum 12 month commitment.
 • Early cancellation results in a $200 termination fee and immediate loss of all membership benefits.
 • Membership renews automatically for consecutive 12 month terms unless canceled in writing at least 30 days in advance.

  1. Payment terms

• All payments must be made via automatic credit or debit card.
 • If a payment is declined, benefits will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

  1. No cash refunds

• Discounts, complimentary services and other benefits are not redeemable for cash, product credit or transferable to another individual.

  1. Subject to availability

• All services, add-ons and specialist appointments are subject to availability.
 • Advance booking is recommended.

  1. Complimentary services and accumulation

• Unused complimentary services may accumulate for up to 2 months.
 • After this period, benefits will expire.
 • Accumulated benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  1. Service exclusions

• Certain procedures, products or promotions may be excluded from membership discounts.
 • Surgical discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
 • Only one discount will apply, whichever is most beneficial to the patient.

  1. Medical approval

• All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and approval by a qualified provider.
 • Services may be denied or adjusted if not medically appropriate.

  1. Modification and termination

• Ideal reserves the right to modify terms, pricing or benefits with at least 30 days notice.
 • Membership may be terminated without refund in cases of policy violation, fraud or inappropriate conduct.

  1. Limitation of  liability

• Treatment results may vary.
 • Ideal does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  1. Credit validity 

• Credits do not expire and may be used at any time in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Accumulated credits and cancellation

• Accumulated credits remain available in the patient account even if unused.
 • Upon written cancellation, credits may still be used.
 • All products and services must be paid at full price.
