


Dr. Leong has consistently trained at the leading institutions in the country.
After completing his medical degree at the Yale University School of Medicine, he devoted the next seven years honing his skills in head, face and neck surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, and consistently ranked among the top five otolaryngology programs in the country. Dr. Leong continued developing his surgical skills through a fellowship in Advanced Oncologic Surgery of the Head and Neck at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He refined his skills and knowledge regarding cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck through a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Oregon Health Sciences University. This program has been renowned for producing leaders in the field of facial plastic surgery for decades.
Dr. Leong has made many contributions to scientific literature, including publications in some of the leading scientific journals in the country. He continues to guide the scientific advancement of facial plastic surgery by serving on a committee that reviews and funds cutting-edge research in the field.

Dr. Leong is a member of the
American Academy of Facial Plastic
and Reconstructive Surgery.
