Diane:
Practice Administrator

Diane is the practice administrator for Ideal Facial Plastic & Laser Surgery and the associated Head and Neck Surgery practice of Straka & McQuone, Inc.  As the administrator, Diane oversees all of the offices and staff.  She is in charge of the billing department and is the “go to” person for any insurance or financial question that may come up.  She will do whatever is needed to clarify your questions and make your visit worry-free.

Before joining Ideal Facial Plastic & Laser Surgery and Straka & McQuone, Inc., Diane worked as a practice administrator for 12 years with two other groups. One is a Pittsburgh-based group including five Gastroenterologists, the other, in Washington, PA., had a physiatrist, chiropractors, and physical therapists.  Diane attended Washington & Jefferson College and graduated from Point Park University with degrees in Journalism & Communications and Psychology.  “Both of those degrees come in handy when supervising people,” said Diane.  She has been with our practice now for 8 years.  She lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband Tim.

 

Hobbies:  Traveling, especially cruising, reading, floral design, and party planning. On her list of things to try: event planning as more than just a hobby, some day….

 

Pets:  Bailey, my bischon/lhaso mix.  He is 3 years old and is my sweet baby!

 

Favorite books:  Anything James Patterson writes, murders and mysteries.

 

Favorite Movies:  Pretty Woman, Roadhouse, and Dirty Dancing.

 

Favorite Music:  Classic Rock---The Eagles are my favorite, Aerosmith, Pink Floyd, anything from the 70’s and 80’s.
