rhinoplasty (nose job)

Rhinoplasty
View 1: Right Lateral
This is a 38 year lady of Italian decent from Argentina who was concerned about her high
dorsum and the bulbous nature of her tip. She felt very strongly that she did not want to change
the basic “classic Italian” character of her nose and face. The right lateral view demonstrates
how her nasal dorsum has been reduced in height without altering her ethnic identity. The
angle of her nasal tip was appropriate and was not changed.

Rhinoplasty
View 2: Right Oblique
The right oblique view highlights how the bulbous and poorly shaped cartilage of her nasal tip
was sculpted into a more refined shape.

Rhinoplasty
View 3: Left oblique
The left oblique view again highlights the improved tip and dorsum. The nose is less
distracting in the post-operative photo and permits the viewer to focus on the other attractive
elements of her face.

Rhinoplasty
View 4: Left Lateral
The left lateral view displays a more balanced relationship between the nose and the face.
