This 73 year old gentleman from Pittsburgh had a prior history of rhinoplasty (nose job) surgery. He was unhappy with the appearance of his nose, especially the bulge on the lower half of the dorsum. He was also bothered about the tired appearance around his eyes because of his heavy upper eyelids. Dr. Paul Leong, Pittsburgh plastic surgeon, performed a revision rhinoplasty and an upper blepharoplasty. This frontal view shows the nice rejuvenation of the eyes.
