We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks, Care Credit, and Cash.

Fees and Financing
We are committed to providing the best possible care and to keeping costs as low as possible. We will discuss estimated fees and insurance (if applicable) with you prior to surgery. Cosmetic surgery is elective and therefore not covered by insurance. We accept most major credit cards, check and cash. Click here for more information on financing.

Cancellation Policy/Consultation Fee
To schedule an appointment, please Contact Us or call 412.621.FACE (3223). We hold all initial consultations with a credit card ($50.00) and if it is necessary to cancel an established appointment, we require a 48 hours notice. If notice is less than 48 hours, we will charge your card the day of your scheduled appointment. If you wish to reschedule at any time, we will apply that $50.00 to your next appointment. Also, consultation fees are credited from any procedure or service.
